 Products ship direct from manufacturer. Look for the shipping truck icon on each product page to determine
shipping origin. Manufacturers have established minimum quantity, absolute minimum and artwork requirements.
Tip: When considering promotional products for your meeting or event, be sure to consider adequate lead time + business production days + estimated time in transit to your delivery location. Advance planning will save you time and money by avoiding manufacturer RUSH charges and expedited shipping charges.
Lead Time: The number of business days from prepaid order submission, until acceptance.
Business Production Days: The number of business days from manufacturer's receipt of order until processed and packaged for shipping. This time-frame may be extended if there are artwork issues, request for proofs or unforeseen circumstances. Also keep in mind, many manufacturing facilities shut-down for short periods of time during the year.
Time In Transit: The estimated number of business transit days from manufacturer's location to your delivery location.
Over-Under Runs: Due to high volume equipment processing, over/under runs +-3% to +-10% are possible. You will only be charged for the quantity received.
Breakage: Manufacturer provides no allowance for breakage.
