Shipping, Damages & Returns Refunds, Returns & Restocking Policy Hand Delivery/Shipping/Contract Agreements
Custom Gift Solutions LLC, or its messenger will hand deliver gifts within a 10 mile radius of our Danbury, Connecticut facility. Unless otherwise noted or alternate arrangements have been made, all other gifts will be shipped via carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS).
Address Requirements
All orders require a complete and accurate delivery address AND recipient contact phone number. A $10. fee will be charged for address corrections or when a suite, floor or apartment number is not provided. Incomplete or incorrect address information may delay delivery or result in mis-delivery. We cannot honor refund or replacement requests for delayed or mis-delivered gifts resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.
Refusal & Returns
If your gift is refused or returned to us within two business days of delivery, unopened and in its original condition, for any reason through no fault of ours, you have the option to: 1) Re-ship/deliver the gift at an additional cost or 2) Cancel the order and be refunded the cost of the gift less a 25% restocking fee. Damage Claims
We engage the services of professional carriers to transport and deliver packages. Although our internal policies and procedures are strictly enforced to ensure safe transport and delivery, gifts can be damaged in transit. It is imperative we be notified of defective or damaged items within 1 day of delivery. Immediate notification will allow us to promptly replace the defective/damaged item and take any necessary action to remedy the claim in accordance with carrier and courier guidelines.
